On 5th July the LBBC held a reception at the House of Lords celebrating 20 years of the LBBC. The event was opened with remarks from LBBC President, Lord Trefgarne and Peter Millett, LBBC Chairman. Bank ABC’s Ghassan Attiga spoke on the upward trajectory of UK-Libya trade relations, introducing our keynote speaker, Mr. Mohamed Addarrat, Head of the Libyan Foreign Bank. His address highlighted the growth potential of the Libyan market and the opportunities for UK companies to contribute to Libya’s development.
The LBBC is committed to providing a platform for UK and Libyan businesses to build meaningful relationships which is mainly achieved by hosting these networking events.
