A company wants to pre-qualify contractors to participate in an offshore gas upgrade project.
You should be able to engineer, procure, construct, install and commission:
– 2 new topside facilities 
– 3 new sea liners, fibre optical cables and umbilicals
You will also be in charge of upgrading an utilities system, a platform control system and living quarters.
