  6. The right to submit a complaint to the Information Commissioner’s Office with respect to the holding and usage of the Data.

You are not obliged to provide any personal data to the LBBC. If you do not provide personal information when requested to do so, you will not have access to some of the services provided by the LBBC.

In accordance with the regulations for small organisations, the LBBC has not appointed a Data Protection Officer but queries about your Data may be directed to the Company Secretary, Pauline Graham.
