Petroleum Economist is partnering with the National Oil Corporation (NOC) Libya and the Libyan British Business Council (LBBC) to present the Libya Investment Forum 2021.
Mr Sanalla, Chairman NOC, will provide a keynote presentation, detailing his bold plan to raise oil production to 2.1 mbd by 2024 with a 4-pillar reform strategy, and comments on his push for transparency, which in February 2021 saw him honoured for his anti-corruption work by the US State Department.
