Salim is a Business-driven individual with more than 5 years working as Director for North Africa Markets (Mainly Libya) and over 15 years in Banking both in Libya and the UK. wide-ranging experience in Treasury services and Trade Finance. Determined and experienced in client rapport, budget control and employee mentoring and coaching. Salim is currently Head of Treasury Sales and Marketing at British Arab Commercial Bank (BACB) and prior to that was the Head of Libya Business. Salim also spent over 5 years in Libya Treasury department and took various roles.
His knowledge and experience in both markets will add value to the LBBC in their mission of connecting Libya business to the UK.
Salim joined as a Director of the LBBC in September 2023.
